With over three million claims adjudicated in the past 10 years alone, we have the data to forecast where coverage may be needed. We used this information along with the vast knowledge of our claims team to develop this VSC. Additionally, we reviewed manufacturer service contracts to understand how the OEMs cover their own vehicles. This internal and external research guided many of the decisions that resulted in sharper coverage and a proactive approach to define essential components.
