CNA National Distributes Over $32 Million to Dealers in 2024

Scottsdale, Ariz. — CNA National Warranty Corporation (CNAN) returned over $32 million to automobile dealers across the U.S. through its participation programs for 2024. The organization’s inception-to-date distribution total stands at more than $745 million.

“Our mission is to provide value through tailored solutions, whether it’s our participation programs, claims handling or customer service,” said Joe Becker, president and CEO of CNAN. “Our extensive in-house expertise, combined with a wealth of external resources, enables us to consistently help dealers boost their income.”

CNAN professionals are dedicated to working hand-in-hand with dealers, ensuring they find the participation structure that best matches their financial objectives. The seasoned experts that make up the reinsurance team help dealers tackle challenging questions, clarify every aspect of the programs and remain a valuable resource from start to finish.

Reinsurance offerings include CFC (controlled foreign corporation) and NCFC (non-controlled foreign corporation) structures, a retro program and a DOWC (dealer owned warranty company). Palo Verde Holdings, the NCFC established in 1999, is managed by a board of directors composed of dealer shareholders and has accrued more than $370 million in assets.

“We evaluate claims, product mix and other factors to assist dealers in enhancing their profits,” said Casey Lytle, vice president of reinsurance sales programs. “Our committed team offers support and service that is a step above the competition. As opposed to other providers, we make sure our dealers leverage the program that best suits their specific needs. This approach distinguishes us in the industry.”
