Jason Wilhite Earns 2014 CNA Chairman’s Award

Scottsdale, Ariz., September 25, 2014—Jason Wilhite traveled to Chicago last month to accept his 2014 CNA Chairman’s Award at a special luncheon held at CNA Headquarters on September 19. Coming up on 10 years with CNAN, Jason plays an important role keeping our agents and dealers online. As the Graphics Specialist and Website Support, he manages the content of our website, expertly handles agent and dealer phone calls, and designs many of CNAN’s marketing materials.

“I am speechless and honored,” said Jason when learning of his selection. “Thank you very much.”

Brent Watkins Named 2013 CNA Chairman’s Award Recipient

Scottsdale, Ariz., August 7, 2013—Congratulations to Brent Watkins, who is a recipient of the CNA Chairman’s Award for 2013.

Since starting with CNA National in 1989, Brent has been a valued member of the Dealer Management Department where he works closely with the company’s clients to help mitigate loss and develop effective solutions. Over past 24 years, he has built strong, trusting relationships with agents and dealers, contributing to CNA National’s sustained growth.

Diana Grimes Selected for CARE Award from CNA

Scottsdale, Ariz., September 25, 2012—The Chairman’s CARE Award was established by our parent company, CNA, to honor employees whose achievements contribute to the company’s growth and profitability. This year 29 employees will be honored, including our own Diana Grimes!

Diana was nominated for a 2011 CARE Award for her exemplary customer service, initiative to improve processes and willingness to share her knowledge to ensure that others provide the best service as well. She is an excellent example of the CARE attributes that are vital to our corporate success.

J.D. Power and Associates’ International Automotive Roundtable Includes Trophy Presentation to CNA National

Phoenix, Ariz., May 1, 2003– CNA National received the first-ever trophy for “Highest Overall Dealer Satisfaction with Service Contract Providers” from J.D. Power and Associates today during the 2003 International Automotive Roundtable, held at the Ritz-Carlton in Phoenix, Ariz. Since 1986, the event has been a premier forum attended by senior-level executives representing manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and related industry services.
