Scottsdale, Ariz., June 25, 2019—CNA National (CNAN) has been named a leading finance and insurance (F&I) provider for the 15th year in a row in the Dealers’ Choice Awards. For 2019, the company received a first-place Diamond award for “Service Contract Provider” and a second-place Platinum award for “Reinsurance Provider.” Dealers and dealership personnel across the U.S. have voted the company number one every year since the competition began in 2005. To date, CNAN has received a total of 26 recognitions, making it the most-awarded F&I company by far, and this is the 11th time it has won dual awards since 2009. “We are humbled and honored to be recognized yet again,” says Joe Becker, president and CEO. “For every one of these 15 award-winning years, we’ve never lost sight of who we are working for—our dealers and their customers. We’ve all seen the changes in our industry and know there are more to come. The one thing that won’t change is our commitment to excellence in customer service.” Auto Dealer Today hosts the Dealers’ Choice Awards annually with a ceremony in November. “These awards confirm to us that our dealers recognize our value in the marketplace and appreciate the consumer-focused products and best-in-class service we consistently provide,” says Alan Miller, senior vice president of sales. “We have nothing but gratitude and thanks for our experienced agents and dedicated employees, whose determined efforts to provide unmatched support keep us in first place.” CNAN provides vehicle service contracts, limited warranties, tire-and-wheel protection and guaranteed asset protection (GAP) waivers through franchised auto dealerships across the U.S. With more than four million contracts in force and having exceeded payment of $3.6 billion for claims across all product lines, the company has earned its reputation as a first-class F&I provider.
