Scottsdale, Ariz., August 4, 2015—Congratulations to Lil Berry, recipient of the CNA Chairman’s Award for 2015.
Lil joined CNA National in 2011 as part of the Accounting Department. She is currently the director of accounting operations and reinsurance, where she works with our agents and dealers on a wide variety of financial matters. Lil’s nomination describes her as positive, energetic, team-oriented and dedicated to achieving fast and effective results. She is an agent of change within the organization, challenging her team to have purpose behind their actions, ever mindful of the overall objective. Lil’s business knowledge, and technical accounting and operational expertise make her a trusted resource for CNAN, our agents, and dealer customers.
Prior Chairman’s Award winners include Jason Wilhite in 2014, Brent Watkins in 2013, Diana Grimes in 2011, and Spencer Lyman in 2010. The award is given to those who demonstrate all five “winning behaviors”: accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, external focus and innovation. All CNA employees at the Assistant Vice President level and below are eligible. The recipient attends the annual Chairman’s Award luncheon in Chicago on September 18.
